General Terms and Conditions of Sale
The owner of the online store Lovmost.com (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is OÜ Careria (registration code 10521154), with the legal address Jõe 15, 79808 Kohila, Rapla County, Estonia.
Validity of the sales contract, product and price information
The terms of sale apply to purchases of goods from the Online Store. The prices of products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. The price includes a delivery fee, the amount of which depends on the quantity, weight, dimensions and desired delivery method of the ordered goods. The exact delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when placing the order. Information about the goods is provided in the Online Store directly next to the goods.

Order processing
To order goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. To complete the order, you must fill in the required data fields and select the appropriate method of receiving and paying for the products.
The Agreement enters into force upon receipt of the amount due to be paid into the Online Store’s bank account.
Payment
The personal data necessary for making payments is transferred to the authorized processor, Maksekeskus AS.
You can pay for goods in euros in the online store through the bank links of Makskeskus in the following banks: -Estonia: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Pocopay -Latvia: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele and Luminor -Lithuania: Swedbank, SEB and Luminor -Finland: Aktia, Ålandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästopankki, Pohjola, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästopankki
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the goods being out of stock or for another reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid (including the costs of delivering the goods) will be refunded immediately, but no later than within 14 days of sending the notification.
Delivery
The goods are shipped to the following countries: Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania. The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. The price includes a delivery fee, the amount of which depends on the quantity, weight, dimensions and desired delivery method of the ordered goods. The exact delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when placing the order. The owner of the online store has the right to apply free delivery, which is calculated when placing the order. Parcels are delivered to Omniva and Itella SmartPOST parcel machines and by Omniva and Itella SmartPOST couriers. Shipments within Estonia generally reach the destination specified by the buyer within 2-5 business days from the entry into force of the sales contract. In exceptional cases, the right to deliver the goods within up to 45 calendar days.
Returns
Right of withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
To exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods may not be used in any way other than what is necessary to verify the nature, properties and functioning of the goods in the manner permitted for testing the goods in a physical store.
If the goods have been used for a purpose other than what is necessary to verify the nature, properties and functioning of the goods or if they show signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable fee according to the decrease in the value of the goods.
To return the goods, you must submit a withdrawal form and send it to the e-mail address lovmost@careria.ee no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is that the item to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g. incorrect or defective goods).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the application or provide proof that he or she has handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, the online store will immediately refund to the buyer, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal form, all fees received from the buyer under the contract.
The online store may refuse to issue refunds until the item that is the subject of the contract has been returned or until the buyer has provided evidence that they have returned the item, whichever occurs first.
If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to refund the consumer any costs that exceed the costs associated with the standard delivery method.
The online store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online store is marked significantly below the market price of the goods due to a mistake.
Right to file a claim
The Online Store is liable for any non-conformity or defect of the goods sold to the Buyer that already existed at the time of delivery of the goods and that becomes apparent within two years of the delivery of the goods to the Buyer. During the first six months of the delivery of the goods to the Buyer, it is assumed that the defect already existed at the time of delivery of the goods. It is the Online Store’s obligation to rebut this presumption.

The online store is not responsible for defects that have arisen after the goods have been delivered to the buyer.
If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund all fees incurred under the sales contract to the buyer.
The online store will respond to the complaint submitted by the consumer in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
